- I have a Snappy that I use on my 486 pc system. (I also own an Amiga 1200)
-
- The Snappy can grab in: 320x200 640x480 & 1500x1125
-
- There are 4 quality modes: Moving Video (1/60 sec)
- Still
- High Quality Still
- Highest Quality Still
-
- The 1500x1125 isn't available in the Moving Video mode.
-
- All modes are full 24 bit (16 million color mode)
-
- The Still modes make several passes of the video signal.
- (up to 8 in the highest quality mode)
-
- Since video is an analog signal the Snappy can make better grabs by
- sampling the video several times.
-
- The software can save in: BMP, JPEG, PCX, Targa, TIFF (no GIF)
-
- So far I'm pleased with the results....still I hope an Amiga port is done!
-
- later!
